Steps not syncing from Fitbit

I never used to have an issue with steps connecting, but now says do not sync steps and even when I try to un tick that, it will not work. I've tried connecting and disconnecting to see if anything works

    Hi! I am having the same issue - it says it's connected from the Fitbit side, as well as the MFP side, but none of my steps or activity is syncing. I've disconnected and then reconnected, but still it won't work. I send in an IT request - does anyone know how to address this?
