I was completely off my plan today..egg and cheese wrap at 8am, then shrimp egg roll & matcha and macaroons from local boba restaurant this afternoon..planning on avocado salad and cajun salmon tonight.0

(My meal plan for summer)
No more than 2 cups coffee
Brunch- avocado toast, wrap, or sandwiches
Sunday- omelette, salad, garlic parmesan potatoes
Monday-Meatballs, green beans, garlic parmesan potatoes.
Tuesday- tofu burrito bowl or tofu scramble with ramen
Wedneday- sheetpan tofu or meatballs with a salad and rice
Thursday- Thai inspired fried rice with pineapple and cashews
Friday- various restaurants
Saturday-leftovers/ beans & rice2 -

Sunday- leftovers or cold plate
Monday-Meatballs, green beans, crockpot potatoes.
Tuesday- baked grits with chili peppers and shrimp or fish/salad or slaw
Wedneday- pasta and peas
Thursday- leftovers or cold plate
Friday- various restaurants
Saturday-some sort of beans, greens, cast iron skillet cornbread with honey butter and squash cassrole1 -
