Back yet again

I am back again and all I manage to do is regain whatever I lose. PCOS and menopause seem to undermine all efforts and my exercise is limited by orthopedic issues which is not great since I have a slow metabolism to start with. With increasing insulin resistance there has been increasing belly fat and weight. Thankfully, my new endocrinologist agreed to let me try semaglutide. Of course, it took time to get it approved and now the drug store needs to get it, but I am hoping that this helps to change the yo-yo equation.
