LifeFitness app no longer syncs

I have been using the LifeFitness app (app that connects to ellipticals & treadmills) to
feed workout results to MyFitnessPal automatically. Now it has stopped syncing, and the LifeFitness app no longer shows up in the Apps & Devices list.
Can anyone tell me why?
