New to this!

Little anxious have meeting with coach got my test in the mail! Feeling a little overwhelmed today! I am 48 will be 49 have tried just about everything out there! So here I go…. Been working out and sometimes to the extent of hurting my body! I used to spend two hours in the gym! I am back at my heaviest weight I weighed in this morning at 180.9. My plan is to lose 45-50 lbs of fat! Don’t really mind if scale says over a 135lbs just so I look and feel great about me❤️

    Overdoing the workouts to the point of injury is an uh-oh: I hope your coach will give you the guidance for the kind of routine that will give you steady, sensible progress without increasing injury risk.
