Low fat protein sources - lean cuts of beef and pork, skinless chicken breast, fat-free dairy, egg whites, beans and legumes.
Unless you need to eat low fat for medical reasons, you might want to reconsider. I used to eat low-fat for years, but it was never filling to me.

Don't over complicate things. Lean Meats, Potatos, Rice are good complex carbs. Riced cauliflower, spaghetti squash, zoodles (zucchini noodles), cottage cheese, light-fit yogurt, egg whites, rice cakes (comes in a variety of flavors), laughing cow cheese, mozzarella or parmesan cheese is good. You can blend egg whites and oats to make waffles, kodiak cakes are good too. Pinterest also has great Macro based recipes with the nutrition facts Hope this helps!2
