Is the allocated calories what I eat

My fitness pal has stated my calories are 2070, do I eat to this number or do I take 500 off to be in a deficit?

    If you've entered a weight-loss rate in your goal settings, the goal already includes a deficit to lose weight, no need to subtract even more.
