New on this app need some ideas

I am new here, I need ideas that will fit into my limits health issues. I got vol from Dr to lose weight but it's the exercise that is hard for me. I use a walker, got nerves pain in my neck and shoulders really bad. Any ideas?

Any kind of movement burns more calories than non-movement. Think about what kind of body movements you can do without bothering your nerve pain. Im just being creative here- could you sit on the edge of a chair and pick your feet off the floor as if walking?
