Started new on here today !!
I have already lost 80Ib and decided it was time to track things properly.
I think I have been under eating recently as I've been feeling so KNACKERED and yucky :( !!
I'm also wanting to build a bit more muscle ! So hoping I'm now in the right place !!
Right amount of calories, n ready to shift these last remaining pounds !
🥰 excited to start fresh !

    First, amazing progress! Shifting from losing fat to building muscle is going to be a big change in how the day feels, so take it slow, one step at a time. You'll need:

    1. Eat more calories than needed to maintain weight (+250/day is a good start)
    2. Eat enough protein to provide building blocks for the muscle (.7g/lb of body weight is a good start)
    3. Choose a strength-training program which challenges your muscles and can get progressively more challenging over time as your body adapts and improves, and...
    4. Dedication over time

    Losing fat can happen very quickly, sometimes 1-2lb per week; building muscle far more slowly, sometimes 1-2lb per month. But since you get to eat more along the way, it can be a little more enjoyable, lol.
