I started going back to the gym yesterday. My personal trainer measured my body fat percentage. She did 2 tests to calculate it. First she used bioelectrical impedance machine: 26.5% body fat = 97lbs lean muscle. In Calipers body fat test, she got body fat approximately at 30.62%. What does this indicate? She didn't say much.
I weigh 129.6 pounds. Am 5'3" in height, a female of age 36.

That's a pretty normal BF% for a woman. You're not in athlete range yet, but given a 44-lb weight loss and your decision to go back to the gym, I'd say you're doing great.
