It's our anniversary today and hubs and I are going to Tree-go, It's a 3 hour obsticle course hgh up in the trees, I've never been but heard it's quite challenging, we'll also likely go out for supper after that, I'm not sure if I should log tree go as exercise, or even how to ? I know it's only one day and honestly I'll probably just call it a write off if I don't log the exercise, but I'm just curious.
Anyone with a hrm do something like this?

Happy anniversary!!
What a great plan! Sounds like something we have near us in Sherwood Forest "Go Ape"
I'm afraid I never wore my heart rate monitor when I went, but I would absolutley put it in your exercise log!!! I don't think my arms/upper body recovered for about three days last time! hehe. I'm not sure what you'd log it as...but it will buy you some extra calories for dinner I promise you!
Have fun!0
