Can't remove an ingredient from a recipe

I actually don't understand how this is still an issue. I saw another conversation regarding the same thing in 2015.
Creating a recipe in the phone app does not work, I ALWAYS have to go to the website on my desktop because the app version seems incapable of adding a whole can of sauce for example. When you try and add the amount for a can, the nutrition information is crazy wrong.

Then when on the site, and adding ingredients, you can't see the calculations until you add it. If the information or item is wrong and you want to choose another you can't remove that single ingredient, you have to clear the whole recipe and start over again.

This is all most annoying as I am Type 2 and make my own food a lot of the time, so I need the ability to add and remove ingredients/things. In the end I'm always just saying, "oh well" and picking something that is close... I should not have to do that and I pay for Premium.
