One thing that has happened to me that I want to pass along is that I started these meds 1.5 years ago. Lost about 50 lbs then plateau'd. I stopped Mounjaro when the price went up with the coupon and gain half the weight back. However, I just went back on a month ago and am losing again and have minimal to zero appetite. All this to say that taking a break can help gain sensitivity to the medicine again.
I also listen to the podcast called Mind Pump. These trainers give athletic and nutrition advice and it has helped me immensely to do what they are constantly saying...."eat your protein first" and this has eliminated cravings and helps ensure I am taking in proper nutrients. I don't want to lose muscle mass but barely get enough protein and calories. Especially when working out 4 days a week. I have also found my new Whoop band to very helpful as well.
Good luck to all of you!!!
