Twitchy muscles?

I noticed the last few days that my bicep is twitching randomly. I thought it was dehydration, but I have been focusing on more water including electrolytes and it’s still happening. I strength train 2-3 times per week and have remained consistent for some time, so I don’t think it’s related to workouts.
It’s not overly bothersome, just curious if anyone else has had this happen?

How's your magnesium? Do you take a supplement? It can help with twitchy muscles. It's also very good for exercise performance and sleep! https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/magnesium-benefits3

Check vitamin D, also!2

Yep. Came here to ask about magnesium and D.
I had issues with twitch and leg cramps. Added a single magnesium supplement only once a week. Problem solved.0 -
I had forgotten about this thread - thank you all for weighing in! So my first thought was magnesium, but I take mag supplements daily and it’s probably one of the few I’m consistent with.
I think it actually was vitamin D. I had gone through my bottle and just forgot to get a new one. Once I started back on it the twitching seemed to stop. Might be coincidence, but it’s the only correlation I’ve found. 🤷♀️3
