Hi everyone! As my name suggests, I am trying again to get my health on track. I have lost a substantial amount of weight in the past, but have quickly regained it once I slipped into old habits. I am hoping that this time around I will have the toolkit to create more sustainable nutrition choices and not only drop the weight but keep it off too. A little about me: I am 26 years old, I run anywhere from 5-8km three times a week, I am in grad school full time and I work part time. My favorite activities include cooking, reading romance novels, and trying out new spots for things like live music and crafts. I am hoping that by getting involved in a community of people with similar goals, I will enjoy the process more and not feel isolated. I am rooting for all of us. Thanks guys!
