Macros question

Good afternoon. I started counting my macros on this app to begin loosing weight in April. It’s been working and overall I’ve lost weight. I’ve started working out 3 days a week with a personal trainer and 2 days a week doing just cardio. I’m trying to continue loosing weight (around 30 more pounds) while adding toned muscles. I’m not wanting to body build. Anyhow my macros are set at 1,500 cal a day with 2 low carb days. Each day I’m eating around 140g of protein daily. I’m wondering if I have the correct macro numbers for what I’m trying to achieve.

You don't need to worry about looking like a bodybuilder. Nobody gets that way by accident, let alone a woman.
A good target for protein is at least 0.7g per pound if you're lifting. You don't mention your weight, but unless you're well over 200 pounds then 140g is plenty.4
