    What?

Maybe try Bob & Brad (physical therapists) on YouTube and facebook. They have a solution for everything. :)

    It snaps in rhomboids area
Like bone against bone it doesn’t hurt but very annoying
Shoulder right side same side as crunching blade hurts to sleep on and is constantly aggravating
When leaning over desk etc feels like a dagger is going in the side lats serratus anterior area
Also a piercing pain at times in right pec very unpleasant

I'd be thinking about seeing a doctor (osteopath, ideally, or sports med), or a physical therapist. Snapping per se is no worry, but the pain is not remotely normal, especially if it's that extreme.

You need medical attention. Rotator cuff pain needs to be looked at. In the meantime try not to do activities that aggravate it.
