Hello
New here but have been on the plan for a year. I am a senior who retired 9 years ago from the rat race. As many retirees do, I put on some extra weight initially and began feeling the effects of it. I was diagnosed with a couple of serious diseases and after a couple of years of doing nothing, I decided to live my “best rest” life. I have lost 42 pounds and I’m feeling great. I was facing life with the very real possibility of being wheelchair bound and/or bedridden. I have made what I think is my best effort to follow the plan and I feel better both physically and mentally than I did 10 years ago. I have not reached goal yet but won’t give up. Stay strong and commit and we’ll do it together. 💪🏻
