Log My Recurring Breakfast

Hi, I am new to the APP. E very morning I have about 10 ingredients I put into my breakfast. I couldn't find an easier way to log the breakfast, so I don't have to keep putting the same ingredient and amount every single time. Is there a way to save my breakfast and reuse that?

Thanks,
James

when you go to add food, click “recipe” and “add new recipe” to save your daily breakfast as one item

On the Android app it's Save Meal in the three dots under your meal. On the website it's Remember Meal under Quick Tools under your meal.

I just create a meal, call it Ginny's' breakfast or something similar, and then when I eat it I go into Meals rather than Recent or Favorites and find the meal. One click and the whole thing is posted. I have about 20 meals I eat regularly that are in my Meal section, from Oatmeal (with raisins, brown sugar, etc.) to Meatloaf dinner, etc. I can replace part of the meal easily (i.e. if I have broccoli instead of brussels sprouts), but most of the rest stays the same.

Many different ways to make it easier.

You can simply go to the meal and press the three dots:

Then choose to copy it tomorrow, from yesterday, or even save it as a meal you can recall any time you want:

If it’s a single food you’ll be eating all week, add it to multiple days like this:

And don’t forget the “frequently paired foods” (bottom of last screenshot).

That’s enormously helpful to me, too. Just remember to adjust the quantities, if needed.

I just swipe left (I think it's left) every morning underneath the breakfast header and then I get the same as the day previously. If I change the fruit in my oats then I delete it with another swipe and add something else by hand.

Note: I don't know whether this is an iOS functionality only.
