I’m new to this app, I have 10 pounds to lose, I’m older was doing Noom but I’m a health educator n was basically frustrated with how much dbt n cbt they took credit for creating. I want to b accountable for really lossing the weight n sticking with it until I meet my goals. Any help guidance or suggestions would b appreciated as i transition to this platform
