Hello Y'all, my name is Etty.M.Digges. I live in San Antonio, Tx.
Since I began going to HEALTHLINK FITTNESS & WELLNESS @ 288 W. Bitters, San Antonio, Tx.
I began on May 21st. 2024 as of June 18th, 2024.
I have lost 20.6 lbs.
I LOVE doing stationary bike riding as well as working out in the Gym & WaterArobics.
I do my best make sure I do it correctly.
Lifting weights & Chair Yoga & Silver Sneakers.

    Ack!!!!! Do your kids know you’re posting such personal and identifiable info in a new group? You don’t know us like that, lol!

    Mine would have a stroke.

    When they were in high school, MySpace was the thing. I wanted to look at their accounts. They mouthed off and said no, and I’d never find them.

    I made them a bet I could find them within ten minutes. Took less than five. All I had to do was enter their school name, best friends first name,and an afterschool activity. Came right up. They were shocked and tbh, so was I. They had info like parents names, type of car, when they were planning to meet a friend at a local wing restaurant. I asked them what would you do if a stranger, having seen their picture, walked up to that model car and sai, “hey X, your mom Y had been in an accident. Come with me.” They hung their heads and said they probably would have believed I sent the stranger.

    Upshot is, nearly 20 years later, I’m not even allowed to share grandkid photos and we all use fake names on the internet.

    Anyway, welcome welcome. Glad you are so enthusiastic and loving your gym. I do a lot of the activities you do myself. In fact, I’m typing this on my stationary bike right now!

    Happy to see you here. I started at 56, and lost from a 22W to a size 4. Been maintaining there for nearly four years.
