    Hi, I'm back on my journey again. I looked un the mirror today and cried. Can't believe I let myself go. At one point couple years ago I lost weight using this app and felt and looked best i ever had and stupidly thought, this or that won't hurt, I'll be good tomrrow ,here I am again, starting from day one.
    By all means add me as a friend amd ill chat when I can. Good lick with your journey xx
