Hello, my name is Erica and my middle age spread has gone WAY too far. I am morbidly obese (although I hate that term) and need help. I am considering weight loss surgery; my doctor says I am a good candidate for it. However, that comes with its own dangers so I am hoping to lose weight without going under the knife. Help, support, and encouragement is greatly welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for reading my inaugural post!
