Panic Point!

I need to lose 15# by October! Our home burned to the ground in Jan. Our rebuild will hopefully be done by Oct. I am a young 76 & have been stressed to the max, thus eating mindlessly. My wt is out of control. My husband needs to gain wt so menus include lots of fat & carbs! And he loves pastries! So do I unfortunately! Help!

    3lbs a month is doable. Just follow the amount of calories you need to consume to lose 1lbs a week.
