Walnuts

How do you all handle counting good fats like walnuts when you log your food? It always tells me that I’ve gone over my fat goal. I’m trying to incorporate more good fats into my diet.

    I pretty much ignore my total fat goal. Fat isn't bad, we actually need it for different bodily processes. I just try to keep my saturated days in check.

    You can change your macro and other nutrient goals if you like 🙂
