Yoyo Journey

Hi guys, my name is Tiffany and I'm seeking balance after years of extreme yoyo dieting. Throughout the course of my life I've gone from super modern thin to obese. In my younger years I was very restrictive and ate about 500-1000 calories daily for YEARS! Fast forward, weight gain after having a child - lost most of the weight quickly. A decade later I'm up to a weight I've never known before. 😭 I'm proud of myself for using this app to see what's happening. Some days I eat as low as 1500 calories and other days as much as 3000. This has been a life long battle for me. Sometimes I have a hard time getting the ball rolling with weight loss but once it begins it's like a run away train! Then sometimes I even get too thin, but not always on purpose! Does anyone else have experience with the major fluctuations? I'd love to hear your story. ♥️
