Adynamia and weight loss, help!

Hello mfpals,

I'm struggling to consistently stay motivated on my weight loss journey. I find eating under my calorie limit of 1400 a real challenge, especially at night!

Adynamia is a symptom from an injury I sustained years ago and idk how to overcome the hurdle.

Id REALLY appreciate your two cents, or suggestions on how you stay motivated!
