Hi I’m new just was told I’m a diabetic and I half to quit sweet and watch my carbs and count calories I just don’t get it plz somone help me I half to prick my finger once a day im trying to controll it plz someone help me

This is going to take some education on your part. I know its overwhelming, but you can definitely do it.
Take a look at this meal planning site:

They don't really have a diabetic category, but "ketogenic" is a good start for today.
Enter in your daily calorie limit and how many meals you want in the day.
It will give you suggested eating for the whole day. You can click on each meal to see the recipe.
You'll need to learn what the Glycemic Index is. The simple approach is- pick foods/ingredients that arent too high. Ask your doctor about the details.
