My name is Adrian. I'm 50 and started my fitness journey March 2023 at the time I weighed 315 and was miserable. For over a year now, I've been doing CrossFit and am feeling much better. I now weigh 255lb and have hit a plateau. Although exercise and being lifestyle active have become a lifestyle for me, my diet has lagged behind and I am going to change that! Looking forward to getting to know y'all 😁

Sixty pounds down is an amazing accomplishment, and I'm sure that the Crossfit has you feeling better and stronger just from that challenging activity level: Good show!
