Gain muscles

Hey everyone
I would like to gain weight and scared to start working out because I directly start loosing more weight , maybe because I don’t know how much food I should eat (calories I need) what do you suggest me ?

    If your is gaining weight and working out , you need to eat more calories then your daily intake, for example if your daily intake of calories is 2000 so you need to eat about 2300 to 2500 to gain more weight

    Find you're TDEE. Eat about 200-250 calories over that increasing protein the most if you can (protein is what is needed to build muscle).
    Adhere to a progressive overload program with high volume trying to train each bodypart 2 times a week. Those are the basics.
