Hungry all the time

I re-committed to weight loss this week and I am so hungry all the time. What do you do to help stop your hunger? I can eat and still be hungry 15 minutes later. It is so aggravating and I think that is why I fail all the time.

    I was like this at first as well...the first 3-5 days were tough!! I am a chronic overeater...zero impulse control!!! I have learned to have healthy snacks every couple of hours to help keep me full and I make sure to measure everything out b/c if i didn't instead of eating 10-15 baby carrots (which is a serving size) I would eat about 30!! Using this method has kept the hunger pains at bay for me :)
  • Ignore the hunger, only eat how much you should have for that day. Usually when I exercise I find that my body wants food. So then I'm like "No! Stop growling I'm trying to lose weight NOT keep it" and I go back to doing what I was doing :blushing:
