Hungry all the time

I re-committed to weight loss this week and I am so hungry all the time. What do you do to help stop your hunger? I can eat and still be hungry 15 minutes later. It is so aggravating and I think that is why I fail all the time.

I was like this at first as well...the first 3-5 days were tough!! I am a chronic overeater...zero impulse control!!! I have learned to have healthy snacks every couple of hours to help keep me full and I make sure to measure everything out b/c if i didn't instead of eating 10-15 baby carrots (which is a serving size) I would eat about 30!! Using this method has kept the hunger pains at bay for me0

Ignore the hunger, only eat how much you should have for that day. Usually when I exercise I find that my body wants food. So then I'm like "No! Stop growling I'm trying to lose weight NOT keep it" and I go back to doing what I was doing :blushing:0
