    The best thing you can do to start your process is set some goals. Make them tough but achievable. What are YOUR goals?

    After you have good goals, work on a process to get to them so you can set more goals.

    I presume your goal is weight related, so be sure to track all you eat and drink. All of it. Weigh it on a food scale if possible. Log honestly, accurately, and completely. Then observe what happens over several weeks so you can fine tune your approach.

    Then STICK TO IT!
