Hello, and welcome!
With a meaningful amount of weight to lose, weight loss can help accomplish that.
My highest triglycerides level before weight loss in 2015-16 was 402, though something 180-230s was more typical. (I was class 1 obese at the time.)
Most recent triglyceride level - now in year 8 of maintaining a healthy weight since loss - was 78.3. My online records go back to 2019, highest in those 5 years was 102, solidly in the normal range.
Wishing you success: The results are worth the effort!1 -
