Are you committed? Are you consistent?

Hello myfitnesspal people!!

I'm looking for people that are on this app daily!! I need consistency. I need commitment.
I have tried this app in the past and never had any success. But I'm will to give it one more try.

I've fallen completely off the wagon and I need to kick my own butt!! I am a type 2 diabetic and I'm not doing so good. When I was first diagnosed.....I lost 30lbs and dropped my A1C!! I was so proud.

I am a BODi member, and I LOVE to workout. However due to some recent health issues I haven't been able to. I am experiencing cervical vertigo. I can't lift weights, I can't even walk on the treadmill without stressing out my shoulders and neck. And yes, I have proper posture. I'm a hiker and haven't been able to get out there yet because of this issue. I'm getting treatment for it, but I know that getting my weight, eating
and lifestyle back on track will help.

I would love some friends to be on this journey with. To help encourage and fight the good fight with.
