Hiya everyone. My name is Alison Lunn. I joined fitpal to help myself carry on losing weight and getting fit.
I am only 5'2" I was up at 83.3kg at start of January. It's been a long slow, but successful,journey.I tried different diets to start with no success.I aI then joined a circuits class once a week and things started changing. I ate a more balanced diet and focused more on calorie deficit. Just from chatting to other folk at the class. It was slow. I then bit the bullet and hired an online PT last month and things totally changed. That needed kick up butt and a proper route to follow was there. I could only afford 1mth but it was money well spent. Upped steps to 10,000 cut calories to 1400 with 92g protein. She gave me her own app to document everything.A real inspiration.From 80kg,4weeks ago I am now at 75.5kg and want to get down to 63kg. So here goes a new but also successful journey. Thankyou, Ali x
