There is an entry in the exercise log for low impact cardio. There is probably also one for high impact, though I haven't used it. If you are doing calisthenics, there is an entry for that as well. My Garmin watch also has an option for cardio.0

I use a Polar watch doing p90x. Not perfect but close.I would suggest getting a wrist tracker if you can. Good luck!0
