Hi everyone,
I’m new here and excited to connect ☺️. My SW was 220 and now I’m at 211.3. I’m motivated and focused on losing around 40 lbs and am so close to the first 10 lb milestone. I went swimming for 35 minutes, just got back from an evening walk AND wore a tank top out! 🥳🥳

Swimming is an awesome workout - for my cardio sessions I would LOVE to add that but, the area I'm in, I have to travel just for a dip.0
