Hi!
I'm not new here, but I would love to make some new friends. I'm currently having a really hard time with my eating so much so that I went back into maintenance calories and that hasn't helped either. I'm still overeating quite a bit which is just a little heartbreaking because I worked so hard to lose the weight that I did. I am becoming incredibly disappointed to myself and cannot figure out why I can't stop eating. It's very lonely and I would love some kind of support.
Also, I'm usually much more cheery than this lol

Hi, do you exercise at all? We overeat for the dopamine hit. Exercise creates dopamine so we don't need to turn to food for it. If you have difficulties being active, no problem - ask and I'll give you the easy way.0
