Surgery on Tuesday

Any suggestions for my husband to cook healthy meals for me as I begin therapy after surgery the 2nd then Wednesday the 3rd of July it should be 4-6 weeks until I can be able to log on unless I power through. Request ideas and prayers

Not sure what kind of surgery you are having. Maybe keep soup, crackers, jello, yogurt, applesauce, and protein shakes on hand for the first week or so. You may not feel up to anything heavy.
After you start feeling better, lean proteins. Chicken or pork is always a good option. Grill it or throw it in the slow cooker. Fresh veggies, and fruit. Salads with chicken. Throw together an omelette or have hard boiled eggs on hand.
