How do I post within a group?

I feel silly but I just joined a group and I don't know how to repy or post within the group?

Replying is just like regular threads: the 'leave a comment' box at the bottom (and 'quote' option underneath each comment if you want to quote someone).

For new discussions, there should be a New Discussion button at the top of the list of Discussions (below the announcements).

Hi! I know you recently joined our group. If you don't have access to leave a comment in your group, you have to join our team first. On the main page, about 1/3 down you will see a blue buttton that says options. Click this and then join. Then you should be able to post. Let me know if you have any further issues!

Also, you are on team downsizers. So you will do all of your replies/posts for the month in that discussion thread. But feel free to look around and read others!
