I’m back so I can track calories and nutrients. I have back and hip issues that are challenging. I go to Pilates almost every day.

I have lower back and right hip problems as well! What eased my chronic pain (not gone, just much better and under control) is no running and exercise at home instead of gym so I don’t lift too heavy. Elliptical also are a no for me. Stationary cycling is great.2
