How do I share my fitness pal with someone so they can see my account?

    If you just mean your FOOD diary, the settings are here:
    https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary-settings

    Right now you have yours set to "Public." Here is the URL, just give them this link:
    https://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/jlrogersdc

    Or

    You can set your FOOD diary to "Friends Only" (then they have to be "friends" on your myfitnesspal Friend List)

    Or

    Set to "locked with a key" and put in a password. Then you can just give them the URL link to your FOOD page and they would enter the password you chose for your FOOD Diary.

    If you want them to see everything in your profile, you'd have to give them your login email (or your username here) and myfitnesspal password.
