What should my radios be with carbs, fat, and protein? I want fat loss and weight loss.

I base mine off of my weight and calorie needs. 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass, .45 grams of fat per pound of body weight and the rest go to carbs. I figured all of this out on IIFYM.com and adjusted my percentages on mfp to get as close as I could to those numbers.0
