New Weight Loss Journey

Hey, today I've started a new weight loss journey. I plan to keep busy to not be bored. Boredom causes me to snack. Also, I'm using my food log and pedometer apps. My goal is to loose 70 pounds by January 31st. I have a doctor's appt that mouth.

    A boredom-snacking preventor Im doing right now:
    Keep lots of different flavor sugar-free chewing gum around.
