2nd Month Strong!

Hello!

Happy July and thank you all for being so supportive. As for this month, I am going to a fair this weekend but otherwise I’ll just be trying to find a job and stick to my workout schedule.
I have been finding that I seem to be eating less since logging my food here so that’s great. I worry a bit about not losing weight by the end of the month but I’m pushing that aside and going for it anyway!

My fitness/weight goals for this month:

- Keep logging what I eat (paying attention to nutrients as well)

- AquaFit/AquaZumba 3x/ week (T, TH, F)

- Go to the gym by myself on Mondays

(This is hard for me but I did it yesterday so I’m hoping to keep this momentum. 1 mile on treadmill, 3 mins on elliptical, and 5 strength machines is the base routine here.)

- Lose 5-8 pounds by the end of July
