I am starting Tirzeptide. I have been working on losing since Feb/march and lost 12 lbs on my own ( tracking at 1500 Kcal's per day) so far but stalled. Historically I have always stalled at this same weight in the last two years of trying repeatedly. Finally talked to a coach and decided to give this a go or risk giving up. I am working out 4-5 times a week and dedicated to getting back to a better level of fitness so I am not expecting this to be a miracle drug. I know I will continue to have to manage my food intake and activity levels.

The wonder of mounjaro is how it quiets the food noise and all but stops cravings. It slows down digestion so you stay fuller and eat less.
You need to change your eating habits and it gives you space to do this.
