Are workouts not available except with the premium package?

Hello, it's been a while since I have used this app. It seems like I remember being able to access the workouts without paying for the premium package. Has that changed?
Hoping to improve my quality of life by using the app again.

    I think it depends on what you mean.

    If you're talking about the "Workout Routines" menu option, I think most or all of those are premium only. (It's hard for me to tell if any are free, because I do have premium, so not sure what I'd see in free MFP.) There are also premium workout plans in the Premium Tools menu there.

    However, there are exercises in the MFP Blog section that as far as I know are free.
