Time to get bk at it

Hey guys I went away for a wee bit still not fullyy self ATM but I need to start somewhere
Goal drop body fat % as low as I can and put at least 5 to 10lbs of lean muscle on and get stronger feel healthier in my self and I feel mabey talk to like minded folks out side my close circle will be invaluable support and information .
