So far so good!

I have been on and off MFP for a few years... my weight record is a pretty good summary of my ups and downs in life!! Trying to get in shape and shrink my menopot belly. Goal is 25lbs and down 5 the first month. I would love to connect with others to help stay motivated!

    I'm the same, weight goes up and down and up. And at that point I'm checking MFP again, which is now.
