Would like everyone to know counting calories works. I have lost 60 pounds eating more balanced and watching calorie intake. Lost this weight with low exercise

    It sucks so baaaaadddd. I still have to side-eye the counting years later to make sure it all stays off (for health issues specifically) and it still suuuucks.
